Paul Feller

Chairman

Mr. Feller is the Chairman and CEO of SKYY DMG.  He has been involved with the C Level executive management of advertising, live entertainment, media and engineering companies for over 18 years in the global finance, entertainment and media sectors specializing in global growth strategies. Mr. Feller has extensive knowledge and experience in both the private and public sectors. Mr. Feller has been a director, executive officer, an independent consultant to various private and public companies and has been a director on the board of directors of multiple international public companies as an independent board member, audit committee member and chairman. He has operated media and entertainment companies in Asia, Europe and North America with World Cup Soccer, Formula One, PGA, ATP, NCAA, Wimbledon, America’s Cup Syndicate, Association Volleyball Professionals Tour AVP, Disney Sports, Indy Racing, etc. Professional memberships have included the Los Angeles Sports Council, Orange County Sports Association, Asia International Business and Entertainment Association, U.S. & U.K. Professional Cycling Associations. Prior, he held the position of Senior Engineer in advance military design at McDonnell Douglas with Top Secret clearance. He raced as a top amateur and a professional cyclist for the USA & British Professional Cycling Federations.  Mr. Feller was knighted in 2011 by the Swedish monarchy as an honorary member. He attended Purdue University for Mechanical Engineering with an Aerospace emphasis and Pepperdine University towards his MBA.

Jose Antonio Aboumrad

Director

Mr. Aboumrad is CEO of América Móvil’s sports business, Claro Sports. He began his career at América Móvil in 2009. Mr. Aboumrad is transforming the media landscape in Mexico as he has been instrumental in making sports accessible digitally on any smart device including the Rio 2016 Olympics. He is a key leader within América Móvil responsible for their evolution into media as well as telecommunications.

Wallace Giakas

Director & Chairman of the Compensation Committee

Mr. Giakas is currently a principal and part owner of Buckman, Buckman and Reid, a FINRA registered Broker Dealer established in 1989. He also founded, and is principal owner and CEO of Greenstone Holdings, LLC, a private Merchant Bank located in New York.

Bryan Hertz

Director

Mr. Hertz is the Chairman and CEO of Telecentris, Inc. with over 20 years of experience in management, research & development, technology innovation, software design and capital formation with a variety of established, as well as start-up, ventures.  Bryan’s technology experience includes management of a high-tech robotics retail chain in Southern California, R&D for a service bureau for Fortune 500 banks, insurance companies and broker-dealers, designing complex data processing facilities and systems for the legal industry, production of complex, high-speed automated mailing facilities for some of the largest US financial institutions, founding a company that designed a large scale e-commerce technology implemented by numerous Fortune 500 companies, co-founding a company that architects and designs complex Multi-Level Marketing genealogy tracking software systems for the MLM industry as well as building call centers and BPO centers in India and Costa Rica. Most recently Bryan co-founded an industry leading San Diego based Unified Communications technology and telecommunications company called Voxox where he currently serves as CEO and Chairman of the Board. Bryan is an avid student of technological innovation and alternative medicine, travels extensively and enjoys participating in Mixed Martial Arts, including boxing and Krav Maga.

Rob Petty

Director & Founder

Mr. Petty serves as Chief Executive Officer of VOS Digital Group, Inc.  Mr. Petty was the founder and served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of ROO from May 2001 through January 2008.  From January 2008 through December 2008, Mr. Petty served as Vice Chairman. ROO (now known as Piksel ) is a leading global provider of on-demand, Internet Protocol (IP)-based video asset management solutions.  From December 2002 to June 2003, Mr. Petty was a Director of A. Cohen & Co, Plc. From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Petty worked in New York in various positions including Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Avenue Group, Inc. (formerly I.T. Technology Inc.). From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Petty was Manager of Electronic Business Services for e-commerce products at Telstra Corp.

Sanjay Santhanam

Director & Chairman of the Audit Committee

Mr. Santhanam has over 25 years of experience in financial markets. Most recently he held the position of Senior Partner at the Galleon Group, a multi-billion dollar hedge fund. His roles there also included Global Head of Risk Management and Strategy and CIO of Galleon International. Mr. Santhanam has a wealth of corporate and investment expertise having invested and served on the board of numerous successful companies, both public and private.

Jack Schneider Jr.

Director

Mr. Schneider has served as Managing Director of Allen & Co. LLC for more than 34 years. He has served as the Chairman of the Buoniconti Fund to Cure Paralysis for 25 years. He has also been on the Board of the National Mentoring Partnership for 12 years. His addition to the team is an unparalleled level of experience and relationships to enterprise at a time when mobile becomes the defining term for user valuation for audiences, artists, producers, and consumers. He has wealth of M&A experience from Allen & Co. and his long-term relationships with other leaders in the media and entertainment community open doors to new opportunities. He has been a Member of Advisory Board at Loton, Corp. since October 4, 2013. He has been a Member of the Advisory Board at Mandalay Digital Group, Inc. since April 19, 2011. He has been a Member of Board of Advisors at IntelliCell BioSciences, Inc. since October 2011 and NeuMedia, Inc. since April 19, 2011. He served as an Independent Director at Stratus Media Group, Inc. from October 2012 to December 9, 2013. Mr. Schneider also founded The Allen & Company Sun Valley Conference, widely considered one of the most influential gatherings of international business leaders, annually.

Juan Carlos Barrera

President

Mr. Barrera serves as President of SKYY DMG responsible for the company’s day to day operations, strategic partnerships and global strategy.  He served as CEO of Global Select Wealth Management, where he pioneered the development of in-country asset allocation platforms and development of investment products for institutions around the world. For over 20 years, Mr. Barrera worked at Prudential International Investments where he served as the Director of Institutional Wealth Management.  Mr. Barrera has forged global relationships with financial institutions, industry leaders in finance, media, telecommunications and governments across the world.

Kevin Williams

CTO

Mr. Williams is our Chief Technology Officer, and is responsible for turning our product vision into reality, and oversees all aspects of technology including Engineering, Product Development and Client Services.  Mr. Williams holds a BSE degree from Princeton University in Engineering Management Systems, and is a seasoned technologist with over 20 years of experience architecting and building large scale software platforms.   Mr. Williams began his career on Wall Street where he designed and developed software based tools for financial modeling and stress analysis for several major firms including PaineWebber, Prudential Investment Corp, and the Federal Agricultural Mortgage Corporation (Farmer Mac).   As a pioneer in web based software development, Mr. Williams has amassed over 15 years of experience architecting and building enterprise level video and media based solutions, including Thomson Reuters’ Insider Platform in 2010, and Huffington Post’s award winning HuffPost Live platform which was launched in 2012.  Mr. Williams was also responsible for designing and creating ROO Group, Inc.’s Media’s Video Syndication platform in 1999.

Aaron Earls

Chief Commercial Officer

Mr. Earls is responsible for corporate strategy working closely with sales and marketing, branding, communications and product development.  He served as Chief Operating Officer and Director of the Company from March 2012 through January 2015.

Prior to SKYY DMG, Mr. Earls was the Co-Founder of New Media Strategies (“NMS”), the first social media company to be acquired in the industry, which was purchased by Meredith Corporation (NYSE: MDP). Mr. Earls oversaw business development efforts leading to extraordinary growth with NMS being awarded INC 500 status three years in a row, a prestigious award given to companies with exceptional year-over-year growth.  Prior to NMS, Mr. Earls served as a political appointee of the Clinton Administration in the Office of the Secretary of Defense, earning the prestigious Secretary of Defense “Award for Outstanding Achievement.” He was involved in the Clinton-Gore 1996 re-election campaign and has extensive political experience. In 2013, Mr. Earls was just the fourth person to receive Cushing Academy’s Distinguished Alumni Award which honors alumni for their exemplary personal accomplishments, professional achievements or contributions to society. Mr. Earls is a graduate of Hamilton College.

David Bizzaro

CFO

Mr. Bizzaro is a seasoned CFO with extensive experience leading and developing world-class finance organizations at fast paced global technology companies. Prior to joining SKYY DMG, David served as CFO of SPi Global, a $200m Business Process Outsourcing company with 18,000 employees worldwide. David has also held executive Finance roles at publicly traded and privately held middle market firms including ICT Group, MUSIC Group and eHealth Africa. Earlier in his career David led Finance organizations at large-cap publicly traded multinational corporations including NCR, AVAYA and CIENA. David brings to SPORTTU extensive international experience having completed overseas assignments in Spain, the Netherlands, Hong Kong and the Philippines. David has worked extensively throughout Latin America, Europe, Asia and Africa and he speak five languages. A Certified Management Accountant (CMA), David holds an International MBA from the University of South Carolina and a BA in Economics and Spanish from Beloit College in Wisconsin.

Jack Berglund

Head of Product Development

Jack heads up our Product Management team. He has a track record of delivering innovative multimedia, video and collaboration software platforms, and specializes in building the social tools necessary to successfully launch and grow communities. Prior to SPORTTU, he worked for 11 years at Thomson Reuters, serving clients in financial services where timeliness and accuracy of information are paramount.

Hernando Diaz

Director for Latin America

Hernando opened and manages the SKYY DMG offices in Latin America, and is based in Bogota, Colombia.  He has over 30 years of experience in growing businesses in emerging markets across a variety of industries including finance, media, and technology and has extensive experience in sports including previously having the rights to developing games for the Colombia national soccer team in the United States.   Before SPORTTU, Mr. Diaz worked for ISI Emerging Markets, a division of Euromoney (listed on the London Exchange), in Mexico where he managed Central America and the Caribbean region.

Derek Blaquiere

Director of Business Development

Mr. Blaquiere works in business development and has been working in Business Development and Business Management for over 20 years.  He has successfully developed relationships with many Fortune 500 companies across a host of vertical markets including telecommunications and finance, including two of the top four banks in Australia.

Khurram Siddiqui

SVP Global Operations

Khurram is responsible for client on boarding and platform operations. Prior to SPORTTU, he was Vice President, Global Operations at Accenture, where he ran four Network Operations Facilities that facilitated the live streaming of marquee sporting events for CBS Sports, Red Bull Media House, BT Sport, ESPN, and Discovery Channel, among others.
